Ordering

Step 1: Choose the item you want to purchase and
click on ‘Add to cart‘ to be able to review your cart, or on ‘Buy it
now’ to pay out straight away.

Step 2: Review your cart and
finalise your purchase by clicking on 'Check out'. You can either check
out as a registered customer or as a guest.

Step 3: The website will then securely lead you to the shipping and payment pages.

The tax invoice will be emailed to your nominated email address once the full payment has been received.

As part of our trusted sellers streamlined warehouse system, we ship out items as soon as payment is made in full. If the order hasn't been put into our
warehouse system yet, we may be able to change or cancel it, but we
cannot guarantee it.

If you wish to change your order, please
contact us immediately so that we may accommodate your request before
the order is confirmed for shipment.

As soon as your order has been confirmed, tracking information will be emailed to you or found in your account with the order details.

You can find the CSC (Card Security Code) on the back of your credit card. The code is required to protect you and help prevent fraud.

Yes, all our prices include GST.

We only ship items after full payment is received. Payment usually takes between two and three days to process. In some cases, it can take as long as five days.

Unfortunately, Lay-by is not currently available at Elegant Style Marketplace.

All payments must be made through our website checkout process, and we are not offering pick-up in order to save time for our distribution
centre to dispatch all orders efficiently.

Delivery

Following full payment, most items are dispatched withn two to five
working day. The courier details for your order will be emailed to you
once your order has been dispatched.

If you reside outside of Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane, we will
simply pass on our shipping costs to you. You can then calculate the
cost on site and decide if you are satisfied with the purchase. You can use the Shipping
Estimator on the cart page by entering your postcode.

Courier and tracking details will be sent to your email after your order
is dispatched. Simply go to the courier website and input your tracking
number to check the delivery status.

We deliver Australia-wide, except for some remote areas. 

We don’t deliver to:  Norfolk Islands, Christmas Island, Cocos (keeling) Islands and Australian Antarctic Territory.

Please note: we don’t ship to the mentioned locations. Additional payment to ship to these locations is not possible.

five working day. Delivery times vary depending on your destination and
will normally take less than 10 working days. If you do not receive your item within 10 working days, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service representative.

Unfortunately, pick-up is not available to save time for our distribution center to process all orders rapidly.

You should contact the courier to find out where your order is. In the
event that the issue cannot be resolved, please contact our customer service department.

addresses. You can add new addresses or change your default address
through that page.

Make sure that you have the correct address when you place the order. It
can be difficult to change the shipping address after the fact due to
our streamlined warehouse system, which ensures that items are shipped
out shortly after payment has been received. Fees also occur if the
packages need to be
redelivered. If you do wish to change the shipping address, you should
contact us as soon as possible and hopefully, we will be able to
accommodate your request before the order is confirmed for shipment.

We use a wide range of local carriers to ensure we can offer fulfillment nationwide with competitive rates.

No, We do not offer combined shipping.

While we try to dispatch your order as soon as possible, we cannot
guarantee delivery by a certain date. Tracking information will be
provided by the courier.

Warranty & Returns

Elegant Style Marketplace trusted seller provide warrany. They are generally offered with minimum 12-month warranties.

Please contact our customer service to make a warranty claim, if the issue is covered by the standard legal warranty trusted seller will solve your issue by offering you the most suitable
solution.

In the event that you experience any problems with your order, please
contact our customer service team within 2 working days of receipt. This is a convenient and fast option for you.

You can contact our customer service team for further assistance, by submitting a contact form with your order number and details of the problem.

Refunds are usually processed within five to seven working days, and we will notify you once the refund has been processed. Please allow your financial institution 5 additional working days to process the refund on their side and to see the refund in your account.

Since our goods are bulky and we incur expenses for economical delivery along with the challenges of storing them, we do not accept change of mind returns as a general rule. However, the 30 days return policy does not apply to linen products or products that are not as described or damaged.

Even though the original shipping is free on the order, it's not free to us as a business. The support team will calculate the original shipping fee applicable for your order, which will be deducted from your final refund.

All our products come with the minimum 12-month warranty required by law.

To qualify to return an item under our Change of Mind Policy, products
must be in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new condition suitable for resale, and must not be damaged in any way by the customer during the time the item is in the customer's possession.

Elegant Style Marketplace is a mega store that sells a wide range of furniture, so we may not have the expertise to answer all technical questions.
