Our trusted and verified sellers offer 12-month warranties on products*, subject to product category and type. Here’s an overview of our Shipping & Returns Policy at a glance. 


Shipping
At Elegant Style, it remains our endeavor to deliver products at the earliest. The ongoing Covid Pandemic had slowed down our shipping times, but definitely not our spirit. We intend to offer the best blend of competitive product pricing and affordable shipping rates. Please refer to the pointers below for more details – 

  1. Customers in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane can avail free shipping on select categories and products*
  2. It’s in our DNA to maintain transparency across all segments. We have included a shipping cost calculator that customers can use to determine the exact pricing, promising no unwanted surprises later! 
  3. As a furniture store that typically deals in bulky and heavy products, we store our products across Australia. We often rely on our trusted wholesale partners and third-party warehouses for storage. 
  4. We dispatch most goods within 48 hours* of purchase on business days. Our team will send an email for an estimated delivery date. 
  5. It can take 7 to 14 business days to deliver your product, depending on the size of the product and availability with our logistics partners.

Transit Damage Caused by Delivery Team
Although rare and rather unusual, if you find that the products in your order have been damaged in transit, you are requested to report the matter to support@elegantstyle.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. Our support team will offer customized assistance on the matter. Please note that we can only help you with such transit-damage issues when you have sufficient photos or unboxing videos, illustrating the concern. 

 

Inaccurate/Incomplete Address
We request our valuable customers to double check addresses and postcodes for timely delivery. Please note that our logistics partners can only deliver packed goods when the customer is available at the time of delivery. If the products are returned to the warehouse because of an inaccurate or an incomplete address, we won’t be unfortunately refunding the shipping cost.In case we have to reship your product, we will add a re-delivery charge, based on the number of days the product has to be restored in the warehouse of our reliable logistics partners. Please contact us at support@elegantstyle.com.au. for your redelivery request, if you missed our first attempt at delivering your awesome goods.

 

**Please note that Elegant Style does NOT deliver products to PO Box addresses. We only accept orders for residential and business addresses. 


Offshore Goods
Because Elegant Style strives to deliver a wide range of products, some of our smaller items are occasionally sourced from offshore vendors. This could cause delivery delays, and we like to set realistic expectations for such orders. Please expect a wait time of anywhere between two to several business weeks, and our team will mention the sourcing and delivery details with your order on email. 

 

Products in Transit
If the product ordered by you is in transit, as clearly mentioned on respective product pages, please expect longer delivery times. Pre-Ordering allows our customers to book our in-demand products that are often sold out soon. Rest assured that stock is already on its way to our shipping centers or logistics partners, and we will deliver your order at the earliest. If your order is not processed due to transit delays beyond 10  weeks, we will initiate a full refund to your original source of payment- No Questions Asked. 

 

Products on Sale
We have occasional surprise sale offers on our website. We always do our best to ship your order in perfect condition.  Please note products offered on discounted or sale prices do not qualify for returns & exchange. 

 

Returns
Please check the following details before placing an orders- 

  1. Elegant Style only offers returns on products in limited conditions, more specifically for - 
  • Broken products 
  • Nonfunctional products
  • Products that are not true to the images on our website
  • Products not delivered as promised*

*Please note that our furniture products are sometimes delivered in separate boxes. This could happen due to the size of the product and logistical reasons. Kindly wait for at least 14 business days for the entire shipment delivery before raising a ticket with our customer care at support@elegantstyle.com.au. 

  1. Our “change of mind returns” policy is not applicable for bulky products as we have to incur expenses for processing your order and other storage-related concerns. 
  2. Our 30-day return policy is not applicable on fabrics, furnishings, and linen products. 
  3. Customers willing to return a product due to any of the 4 pointers in POINT 1 under Returns Policy need to submit the following to initiate a returns/exchange request – 
  • Original invoice emailed by Elegant Style
  • An unboxing video that documents “Broken”/ “Nonfunctional”/ “Products that are not true to the image on our website”/ “Products not delivered as promised*” nature of the delivered product. 
  • An image/transaction number of the payment made to Elegant Style. 
  • Original packaging as delivered. 
  • A full refund is only issued when the entire product is shipped back to use. If a returned product cannot be resold again by Elegant Style due to return-related issues on part of the customer, we reserve the right to refund only  50% or less of the amount paid for the said product by the customer. 


Cancellations
Cancellations are only available until the order is processed. Because we are committed to delivering products to our customers at the earliest, order processing is initiated immediately. Please inform us about your request to cancel your order without any delay. If the order has been processed, you can reject delivery of the goods when attempted by our logistics partner. However, you are liable for all  shipping charges and delivery charges as per the order. All shipping charges and delivery fees are non-refundable. We will issue you a refund the balance minus the delivery and admin expenses, once the items are returned to our warehouse or our partner's warehouse. 

 

Change of Mind (COM) - Return and Refund
Change of mind returns are generally not accepted by our company, and each case is handled individually by our support team. COM claims should be made within 7 days of the delivery of the goods. COM claims can be made by writing to support@elegantstyle.com.au with the details of the order, including the reason for return. The goods must be in their original packaging in order to qualify for COM.

You are requested not to send the goods without receiving written approval from the Elegant Style customer service team.

If your claim is accepted and the return shipping and restocking fee is agreed, the team will share the return label or arrange for the return pickup depending on the size of the order. Your final refund will be less of initial shipping, return shipping and restocking fee.

Note: Even though the original shipping is free on the order, it's not free to us as a business. The support team will calculate the original shipping fee applicable for your order, which will be deducted from your final refund.
